The infamous mistress of Tiger Woods has returned his settlement in exchange for silence. Will she talk? Just when we thought we could bury the Tiger Woods scandal in a time capsule and move on with our lives, Rachel Uchitel has reared her slimy head again!
According to an exclusive report from TMZ, the telegenic party gal has agreed to return most of the $10 million she received to keep her lips sealed ($10 million, whoa!). But now, the Celebrity Rehab star is threatening to sue her former attorney, Gloria Allred, for allegedly selling her out to Tiger’s attorney for money! Say what?
Here’s what allegedly went down. According to TMZ’s sources, Tiger’s attorney, Jay Lavely, claimed that Rachel violated the confidentiality clause in her settlement contract by appearing on Celebrity Rehab as a “love addict.” Though the vixen has never mentioned her infamous relationship on the show, Allred convinced her to return most of the $10 million to Tiger.

Now, Rachel is fuming because she claims that it was all a conspiracy! Supposedly, Gloria Allred arranged a deal with Jim Lavely to receive her attorney’s fees, which she would not have been awarded if Rachel had gone to court to fight the violation and lost. Hmm, interesting.
Elin Woods’ rival has hired a malpractice lawyer and is demanding that Gloria give Rachel the money that she had to return to Tiger or face a malpractice suit.
Gloria Allred is not going down without a fight! She told TMZ that, “Our law firm no longer represents Ms. Uchitel and we have no comment on this story at this time. However, we are confident that we have always acted appropriately and in her best interests.”
I can’t wait to see the drama unfold, but what we’re all wondering is, will Rachel pen a tell-all about her relationship with Tiger?
